Requesting Official Certificates and Documents

Students and graduates enrolled in Postgraduate Basic Specialty Training, Specialized Specialty Training, and Continuing Professional Development Training who require an official certificate or document confirming their employment and salary status, current enrollment, or graduation status are requested to submit their request in advance by email to info.post@pt.mnums.edu.mn with the following information:

Official certificates and documents will be issued every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 p.m. based on requests received by email.

Please note the following when requesting an official certificate:

1. Personal information: Full name, National Registration Number or Student ID, and the name of the training program/specialty in which you are currently enrolled.
2. Addressee: Specify the organization or institution to which the certificate should be addressed.
3. For example: Department of Foreign Relations; Embassy of the Republic of Korea, etc.
4. Purpose and required content: Clearly specify the information that the certificate should confirm.
5. For example: confirmation of current enrollment, confirmation of salary/employment status, etc.
6. Language: Specify whether the certificate is required in Mongolian or English.
7. If an English-language certificate is required, please first obtain the certificate from Room 8 of the Graduate School of Medical Science and submit it in person to the Foreign Relations Office, together with your passport and other required information. The English-language certificate can then be collected from the Foreign Relations Office 2–3 working days later.

Certificate Collection Schedule

Certificates are issued twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

1. Requests submitted from Thursday through Monday may be collected on Tuesday between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
2. Requests submitted on Tuesday or Wednesday may be collected on Thursday between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Certificates should be collected in person from Room 8, Graduate School of Medical Science, Central Campus, Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS).
